C4 IP Music-on-Hold Selections
Thank you for selecting Cypress as your communications provider. We have one goal. To provide you with a superior customer experience and quality service that meets, if not exceeds, your expectations. As part of your C4 IP service, you may select one of the following audio files to use for your music-on-hold selection. This audio file will play for any caller you place on hold.
1. Listen. Simply click on the links below for classical, hip hop, jazz, pop and rock audio files.
Classical (Default)
Hip Hop
Jazz
Pop
Rock
2. Order. Once you have made your selection, please login to Connexion, your customer portal, to request your selection via a workorder submission.
