Smart Mail

Microsoft Outlook

1) Click on Tools, then Services (or Accounts, if you don't see services)

2) Internet E-Mail is selected. Click on Properties.
(This step is SKIPPED if you had "Accounts" to click on)

3) A new screen appears. Select the tab marked "Servers".

The first line "Incoming Mail (POP3):": mail.yourdomain.com
The second line "Outgoing mail (SMTP):" smtp.cypresscom.net

PLEASE NOTE: Cypress Communications uses IPFiltering on all SMTP servers. You must be connected to the Cypress Communications network in order to be able send mail.

4) Click on OK. Click on OK.

5) Close Outlook.

6) Re-Open Outlook. Send a message to yourself. If it goes through, all is well.
